This was formulated by Rex Newnham PhD,DO,ND. Rex did a huge amount of research into the causes of arthritis and identified boron as being particularly helpful. He went on to formulate this supplement, which is a good all rounder if one cannot be bothered to take the Basic Package of supplements. It remains surprisingly popular!
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food.
