Ecological Medicine
The Antidote to Big Pharma and Fast Foods
Big Pharma-driven Western medicine, based on symptom-suppressing, prescription drugs, is failing to prevent and treat our modern epidemics of diabetes, dementia, degeneration, cancer, heart disease and infections.
Ecological Medicine gives ut the 'Rules of the Game' and the 'Tools of the Trade' to prevent and treat the above pathologies. It achieves this though a logical, evidence-based approach. Doctors should be clinical detectives. Symptoms and signs give us the clues to the mechanisms of such and so lead as to the WHY of disease. Knowing the WHY provides the intellectual imperatives to drive through the difficult HOWs of the disease reversal and restoration to full health.

Comprehensive & empowering book on health Verified Purchase
The book is fantastic and packed with useful, thorough, and implementable information on improving your health. In Dr Myhill's direct and humorous approach the different chapters explain how to improve your health based on where you are currently at. It explains what is happening, why it is happening, and how to tackle it using affordable, accessible, and safe methods such as diet, sleep, getting sunlight, and other excellent health improving strategies. It is backed by references to studies, further reading, statistics, and yet is very readable for a wide audience. Dr Myhill uses excellent metaphors (a car for your metabolism) to help understand the principles of good health and how to get there. A thoroughly informative read that I couldn't help but devour and an excellent reference book to keep at hand.
Many thanks!

Very Informative Book Verified Purchase
This book is excellent, it is written with people like myself in mind - I have absolutely no medical background, but have read enough and seen enough You tube videos to be able to follow - just!! . Fascinating and very informative and I finally feel that I may be on the right track health wise for myself and my husband.
