Cocofina Coconut Cream is produced by grinding the coconut meat with water and passing it through a fine filter. It is rich in healthy fats and can be used as an alternative to cream in cooking and baking, as well as in whipped cream, milkshakes and smoothies.

Absolutely the best coconut milk I’ve come across. When warm behaves as milk, but in cold conditions/fridge in becomes semi- solid, behaving like cream - a very rich cream. The only mild annoyance is that it on arrival it has separated into liquid and solid and requires whisking.
