Joint Mix - 300 x 300 mg Capsules
Daily Dose:-
2 capsules per 3 stone body-weight
Examples:
6 stone   = 4 capsules
9 stone   = 6 capsules
12 stone = 8 capsules
to a max of 10 capsules daily

However, most end up on a maintenance dose of 3 capsules daily
ALLERGY INFORMATION: Glucosamine from Crustaceans
Ingredients of each capsule:
Glucosamine (from Sulphate) 200mg
Boron (elemental) 2mg
Vitamin D3 500 iu
Organic Silica (elemental) 42mg
Ingredients required for encapsulation:
Maltodextrin 170mg
Silicon Dioxide 5mg
Magnesium Stearate 20mg
Vegetable Capsule

MANUFACTURER’S NOTE:

Although the product does not contain Gluten we do not label the product as 'Gluten Free' as we would need to guarantee the product has been kept away from Gluten at every stage of the supply chain or test the batch for Gluten content. We would expect the product to be tolerated by coeliacs.
