"The whole 3-day workshop weekend was inspiring!
Doctor Sarah Myhill is wonderful, and her teaching style one of the best l have ever experienced. She’s crystal clear, informative, entertaining and open to any amount of questions.
Sarah focuses on teaching a framework, and sufficient knowledge of how our bodies work and the 'tools of the trade' to be able to take care of our own health. And l now feel able to help some of my family and friends too - how amazing is that!
Sarah structured everything to help us form strong bonds as a group - we’re all staying in touch with each other as a WhatsApp group - and we had a huge amount of fun during the weekend, and great food too.
I’ll definitely be back for more"

Aim
Dr Sarah Myhill Workshops - where Dr Myhill distils her 43 year’s experience of Medical and Naturopathic practice into three days
She says: “This workshop is for anyone and everyone who wishes to optimise their health using natural remedies and without resorting to drugs. I give the rules of the game and the tools of the trade so all are empowered to become their own doctor using paleo-ketogenic diets, nutritional supplements, detox regimes, herbal medicines and much more. Although I specialise in chronic fatigue, ME and Long Covid, these interventions also have the power to prevent and reverse Western diseases from diabetes and dementia to cancer and coronaries. All subjects are covered from cardiology and cancer, arthritis and allergies to depression and dementia.
We discuss all aspects of health, in a relaxed, informal and chatty way, sitting in comfy chairs in my large summer house overlooking the Ecopool and the Lugg Valley, surrounded by Nature. Laughter is the best medicine - these workshops are entertaining too, with organic garden, dogs, chickens, pigs and ponies on the property! We chill out swimming in the spring fed eco pool with hot tub and sauna offering detox, relaxation and reflection! Our discussions continue through meal-times with delicious organic home grown food. Everyone learns at their own pace in a non-judgemental atmosphere. Anyone can ask any question at any time. No-one goes home empty-headed!”
