Magnesium Chloride powder 300 grams

Expiry Date 18.08.2026  Batch number M4336

The provenance/ origin of the Magnesium Chloride id the Czech Republic

Magnesium is the spark plug in the mitochondrial engine.  Not only is it important for making ATP in the mitochondria, but energy cannot be released from ATP in the cell without magnesium. Deficiency is common.
Oral supplements are necessary but magnesium is often not well tolerated, which is why there are several options available in this online shop. Magnesium chloride is the least expensive and worse tolerated, whilst magnesium EAP is the most expensive but best tolerated.

Ideal daily dose 3 grams. Sprinkle on food or mix in water.
May cause loose bowel motions, in which case reduce the dose.

Magnesium chloride could also be given through the skin. Again there is good scientific work showing that magnesium chloride is well absorbed through the skin.   Do have a look at Transdermal Magnesium Chloride spray.

MANUFACTURER’S NOTE:

Although the product does not contain Gluten we do not label the product as 'Gluten Free' as we would need to guarantee the product has been kept away from Gluten at every stage of the supply chain or test the batch for Gluten content. We would expect the product to be tolerated by coeliacs.

Good Value For Money & Well Assimilated

I've found this a really good form of magnesium. It's good value for money, as it comes in a large 300g pot. It's a pure loose powder and completely dissolves in water, so I feel it is assimilated into the body better than some of the other forms of magnesium which don't dissolve so well. I find it works well for my energy. I've had less CFS/ME relapses since using this form of magnesium. The taste isn't very nice, so once dissolved, I quickly drink it down with a straw and take it along with my other Dr Myhill mitochondrial support supplements.
