March Thursday 20th, 21st, 22nd & 23rd 2025- Weekend Workshop
Myhill Workshop Weekend
These workshops, delivered by Dr Sarah Myhill, are suitable for: everyone and anyone with a keen interest to optimise their health!.
"The whole 3-day workshop weekend was inspiring!
Doctor Sarah Myhill is wonderful, and her teaching style one of the best l have ever experienced. She’s crystal clear, informative, entertaining and open to any amount of questions.
Sarah focuses on teaching a framework, and sufficient knowledge of how our bodies work and the 'tools of the trade' to be able to take care of our own health. And l now feel able to help some of my family and friends too - how amazing is that!
Sarah structured everything to help us form strong bonds as a group - we’re all staying in touch with each other as a WhatsApp group - and we had a huge amount of fun during the weekend, and great food too.
I’ll definitely be back for more"

Time and money very well spent!
Highly informative and fun. Lots of opportunities for individual questions and comments on test results. All delivered with warmth, humour and passion. She is a national treasure.!

I so enjoyed Sarah's workshop, it was fun and I learned so much. I thoroughly recommend it.

Brilliant Event
Better than I expected. Takes all the questions you have, has a quick yet thorough look at your blood works in the second half, and is generally a positive and helpful atmosphere. Highly recommend even if you've read the book.

Well worth it!
Prepare ahead with your lunch and dinner, and plan on straight to bed after, as it is a long day. The information is priceless, and Dr Myhill affords new hope for those stuck in endless fatigue. Her passion and knowledge really engages you to not only make change, but what to change. Dr Myhills protocols are simple and straightforward-personal change is not easy with fatigue, but well worth focusing on the effort. This is something to fight for, and that is a lot more than my own GP could advise. I have hope and a strategy :) Thank you Dr Myhill!
