Needed something to give my son (17 but very partial to laziness in evenings) when he refused to brush his teeth - and this is great. Only use a cap's worth each time and it bubbles up/aerates nicely in the mouth whilst swishing. No complaints re the taste at all from the family, not nasty at all, leaves you with a lovely fresh mouth. I think this stuff is great.
