October Friday 31st, November 1st, 2nd &3rd
This workshop is a must for everyone. I read most of Sarah's and Craig's books and been on the PK diet for six months prior. I attended for a break away with good PK food cooked for me and, if I learned one or two new facts all the better. Summary: The workshop was delivered by Sarah in a very relaxed and engaging manner. I learned so much and it was good to hear Sarah talk about what I had read to crystalize the importance of the diet/supplements, causes of diseases etc etc. The other guests were lovely and we had a fun time together, and, last but not least, the food was delicious! This workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their health. Excellent value for money.

Customer reviews
Such an imaginatively structured small (but intense) workshop.
I gained so much from having access to other people’s sessions ans well as having a precisely scheduled time for my own. It was amazing to receive a summary of my session the very next morning, with very helpful attachments which I am looking forward to spending time with. It is exhilarating to experience the way Dr.Myhill is able to cross reference symptoms and put together a helpful clinical picture. I hope to do this workshop again before too long.

Great follow up workshop Verified Purchase
Thank you Dr Myhill. A great follow up workshop. Information and so helpful. Notes and management plan in my inbox the next morning, so efficient. This is the only place you can ask question and really feel what you are saying is listened to and taken seriously with a treatment offered.

Best practitioner I've worked with
I've sought help from many practitioners over the years, in various fields, in order to investigate the root causes of chronic illness. But I can say that Dr Myhill has been the most knowledgeable, with her 40 or so years of experience in both NHS and private practice. In the past, I've struggled to find a practitioner who has knowledge of both mainstream and naturopathic medicine, so it's refreshing to find someone who has experience in both fields.
Dr Myhill's specific focus on the mitochrondrial impairment common in ME/CFS, which she collaborated on with a researcher from Oxford University and a specialist biochemist, has greatly advanced the field of knowledge in this area. Moreover, it has allowed patients to receive an objective measure of fatigue, based on mitochondrial function, which is still sadly missing within the NHS.
I have attended a number of Dr Myhill's workshops and found them all to be highly informative, as well as very enjoyable. She combines a down to earth, patient-centred manner with a clear knowledge of an array of long term conditions, which participants have struggled to find answers for via other routes. Some of her strategies have also allowed me to overcome troublesome symptoms, which previously troubled me for years, such as insomnia.
I'd highly recommend participating in the workshops, as I've not only learnt a lot about my own health conditions and how to address them, but I've also learnt a lot about other conditions, which would have otherwise been unknown to me. I appreciate the input from all participants in the workshops so far, but of course particularly from Dr Myhill. Looking forward to the next workshop!

Knowledge
Another excellent follow-up workshop, by Dr Myhill. Her vast knowledge and wealth of experience are generously shared throughout the day, together with a one-to-one session, providing solutions to the many unanswered questions of this difficult journey. The best money I’ve ever spent. Feel hopeful and empowered!
