Ordering

Nutritional supplements will only be posted to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. Please, do not place an order if your delivery address is outside the UK. In the web page Mitochondrial Function Profile you will find some internet sites from where nutritional products can be purchased from outside the UK.
Books are dispatched worldwide.

NON- UK RESIDENTS 

Non UK residents - You can order any of my books but we only ship supplements to addresses within the UK. However there are 2 ways around this:

1-- And recommended-- Both of my Facebook Groups run informal ‘Buddy Schemes’ The idea is that a non-UK Group Member buddies up with a UK Group Member. The UK Member orders the supplement from within the UK and posts them to the non-UK Member and they sort out the money between themselves. Please be aware that there are extra costs incurred when using this service and once the order has left our shop and can be tracked as delivered to your Reship address, we can no longer assist with any problems that arise from then onwards. You will need to liaise with your Reship correspondent. 


Product Availability and Prices

All the products listed on this site are available to purchase. However, from time to time a product may become temporarily unavailable. In that case, we will mark the item as TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK. You should check the availability of this product at a later date. We may discontinue products without prior notice. Such products will be removed from the product list. Prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice.


Delivery method at Checkout

During checkout you will need to select from a drop down menu the delivery method appropriate to the products in the shopping basket.


Creating an account

You can place an order as a "Guest" or as an account holder. During the checkout stage you will be given the option of creating an account with us. This is optional but makes future orders quicker and simpler and allows you to see and check your order history. The LOGIN area is at the top right hand side of the Home page.


Payment

Orders must be paid in full before they are dispatched. Once you have paid for your order you cannot delete or amend it in any way.

Cancelling your order

If you place an order and pay for it in error, you can obtain a full refund when the item has been returned to us intact.  Please send a message via the "Contact us" page as soon as possible if you wish to do this.


Delivery

Orders are delivered using Royal Mail 24 hour service. This delivery service is trackable upon request. We make every effort to have orders ready for collection as soon as they are paid for. Packages are collected from the practice by our regular Royal Mail postman. Collection times vary and we cannot guarantee that all orders paid for by 9.00 am will be on their way that same day. Delivery may take up to 4-5 working days from the time you pay for your order but this may take considerably longer.

​Our delivery charges are based on weight. Minimum delivery charge is £4.99 Under the terms of the RM 24 delivery service, the maximum weight of a package is 30 kg.

Royal Mail does not consider an item lost in the postal system unless 15 working days have elapsed from the date of dispatch. If your item has not arrived in the expected delivery time of 4-5 working days (excluding bank holidays & weekends), we recommend that you check with your local sorting office.


Returns

You can return a product you purchased from Sales at Dr Myhill within 30 days of purchase and you may qualify for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE SOME PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original sealed packaging that has not been tampered with. Once your return is received at Sales at Dr Myhill, inspected, and approved, we will issue a refund via the payment method that was originally used. You will also receive an email notification of the refund. If the returned item is found not to be eligible for a refund (i.e. it is not in the condition as described above), you will receive an email notification of the rejection of your refund request and the reason. We will refund the price of the eligible item(s) returned, but not the cost of posting. The cost of returning unwanted products is borne by the buyer.
