Traditional herbal medicinal product for the temporary relief of symptoms of mild anxiety and to aid sleep, based on traditional use only.
Each hard capsule contains Valerian root 400 mg (Valeriana officinalis L.)
Patients with known hypersensitivity to Valerian root should not use Valdrian
Dosage Instructions:
Adults and elderly: For the temporary relief of symptoms of mild anxiety, take 1 capsule 3 times daily, swallow with water.
To aid sleep: take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime, swallowed with water, with an additional dose earlier in the evening if necessry.
Maximum daily dose 4 capusles.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
